Nu v\u00e4ntade f\u00f6r en del aktiva i triathlong\u00e4nget en av alla idrotters tuffaste utmaningar n\u00e4mligen en halv ironman (j\u00e4rnmannen) i Helsing\u00f6r. 1,9 km simning i \u00f6ppet vatten, d\u00e4rp\u00e5 9,8 mils cykling och slutligenl\u00f6pa ett halvmarathon (2,1 mil).
